Register to List Your Property

To list properties, you must choose what type of registration you would like first, before choosing a package. We have two options for listing on our site:

Register as a Real Estate Agent or Agency: - This option is for real estate agents. This not only includes your contact information on each listing, it also includes a business card webpage. With your page, you can add information such as your logo and your resume or company profile, which can include html and images.

Register as a Private Party: - This option is for private sale offers or sale by owner listings. Use this option if you are not represented by a agent or agency, and you do not wish to have a custom page. Your contact information will still be on every one of your listings.

Pricing & Packages

Searching the listings and contacting agents is absolutely free! We encourage you to use the site as often as you wish.

For listings, we have two packages:

• Business-Card webpage
• Banner advertising
• Edit your pictures, profile and links to other websites
• Add your resume.
• Email Notifications of Unfound Property Searches
• Add any properties in the Featured Properties rotation on the home page*
• Add your banner to the bottom of each page in rotation with others*

Private/For Sale by Owner Packages:

Standard

• $5.95 per month
• 1 listing

Pro

• $9.95 per month
• 1 listing
• Add your property in the Featured Properties rotation on the home page*

Business

• $14.95 per month
• Up to 5 listings
• Add your property in the Featured Properties rotation on the home page*

* Rotation gives you an ordered rotated spot on the page. Rotation changes whenever a page is reloaded, either by leaving it or visiting it again, or reloading the page.
